    Is Garden Ridge open on holidays?

    Garden Ridge is open every day of the year except Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

    We have extended holiday hours during the holiday season (from November 8 - December 8):

    What forms of payment does Garden Ridge accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover,American Express, debitcards and cash.

    We do not accept checks (personal or business) or purchase orders.

    Does Garden Ridge have a credit card?

    No, Garden Ridge no longer offers a credit card. If you have questions regarding a previous credit card account call toll-free (888) 621-3814; or if hearing impaired call toll-free (877) 520-5667.

    Does Garden Ridge offer tax exempt purchases?

  • Return Policy

    What is your return policy?

    • Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase only if unused, with original receipt and packaging.
    • Returns of Christmas merchandise after Dec. 25th will be refunded at the current selling price.
    • We are unable to accept returns on mattresses, adjustable sofas, futons, pre-cut fabric or items ticketed "all sales final".
    • We do not offer exchanges or price adjustments.

    Can I get store credit if I do not have my receipt?

    A receipt is required for all returns.

    Garden Ridge does not sell wholesale.

    Garden Ridge offers the everyday low pricing, so we do not offer any quantity discounts.

    Unfortunately, due to our warehouse size and self-service model, we are unable to locate specific products. We encourage you to come shop in store to find what you want.

    Can I put an item on hold until I get to the store?

    We are unable to hold items.

    Garden Ridge does not accept product requests or special orders at this time.

    Does Garden Ridge offer online shopping or a catalog?

    Garden Ridge does not offer either at this time but hope you'll come in and visit our stores.

    We do not provide delivery services through our stores.
